Information you provide

You must provide an accurate VIN together with complete vehicle details, including year, make, model, trim and engine where these are known. Where a component carries an identification tag, casting number or part number, supplying it materially improves the accuracy of the review.

What we do

Our team reviews the information you supply and uses supplier catalogue and interchange information to identify parts described as compatible with the application. This is a compatibility review, and it is a genuine service, but it is not a guarantee of fitment.

Your approval before ordering

You must review and approve the quoted part information, including any part numbers, condition description and configuration notes, before an order is placed. Where you have access to the vehicle or to a qualified technician, we recommend confirming the details with them at that point.

Limits of the review

Vehicles are frequently modified, repaired with substitute parts or built to mid-year specification changes. Because of this, AutoNeed Solutions assists with compatibility review but does not guarantee fitment.

Returns arising from inaccurate or incomplete vehicle information supplied by the customer are handled under the Returns and Refunds Policy, including customer-paid return shipping.

Manufacturer references

Manufacturer names, marks, model names and part numbers are used only to identify vehicles and parts and to describe compatibility. AutoNeed Solutions LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by or authorised by any vehicle manufacturer.

Installation

Major components should be installed by a qualified automotive professional. We do not require an installation invoice as a universal condition of warranty service; any documentation requirement is stated in the written warranty terms for the specific part.
