Requests are reviewed during sales hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Sales is closed Saturday and Sunday. Requests sent outside those hours are picked up on the next business day.

There is no single universal warranty period. Coverage, duration and remedy vary by part, condition and supplier, and the written warranty terms for your part are disclosed before payment. We do not require core deposits or the return of old cores.

Can I cancel an order?

A cancellation may be eligible before the supplier has confirmed the order and before shipment, and is only effective once we acknowledge it. An eligible cancellation carries a fee starting at 30% and not exceeding 50% of the order value, based on costs already incurred.

How long do I have to return a part?

Return requests must be made within 15 calendar days of the recorded delivery date, and prior return authorisation is always required. Never ship a return to our business mailing address; we issue the correct destination with your authorisation.
